Smart Power Distribution on Construction Sites
The 'Smart Power Distribution on Construction Sites' project develops a data-driven energy system that reliably powers zero-emission construction sites. Based on real-time and historical data, the platform predicts power demand and automatically controls the distribution between grid connection, battery, and equipment. Integration with Unitial's smart construction power distribution unit, Hivolt battery and smart mobile charger, and Volta energy systems prevents peaks, minimizes downtime, and avoids oversizing. The solution reduces costs, increases uptime, and decreases CO₂ and NOx emissions.
The EFRO 2021-2027 East Netherlands program strengthens the innovative capacity of the region and the earning power of East Netherlands businesses. It also contributes to solutions in the energy transition. This program is co-funded by the European Union.
